PLM Prompt: More thoughts after PLM mainstream discussion

My short conclusion after very productive discussion about how to move PLM to mainstream. First of all, I enjoyed it very much. Thank you all for contribution!

Second point is about people. I agree 100%, people are very important in PLM. People adoption will be key on the PLM road toward mainstream. Therefore, I’d like to share with you this picture. This is my conclusion, even if we want to transform organization, we need to be sure people understand what we are doing… Period.
