Infor PLM Optiva (hosted)

Plex Online (ERP, PLM…)

Plmplus (product is still in early beta)

PTC Windchill (IBM hosted)

Some of the vendors lately came with the announcement of their future Cloud-based version- Autodesk, SolidWorks/Dassault.
